The City of Indian Wells is pleased to announce that the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) has approved the City’s 2021-2029 Housing Element.

Existing Conditions and Background Reports
As part of the Project Team’s review of existing conditions, a series of Background Reports have been prepared. These Background Reports will inform future policy development and land use decisions. The public is invited to review these Background Reports to learn more about existing conditions in Indian Wells. Upon their completion, they will be added here for review.
