Community Workshop #1: Vision and Values (Completed)

Thank you to everyone to participated in our first Community Workshop for the General Plan Update! The City of Indian Wells was excited to host our first General Plan Update workshop focused on understanding your vision for the future of Indian Wells. Community Workshop #2: Community Health and Wellness (Completed)

The community’s insight into what it means to have a healthy community and ideas for how Indian Wells can support community health and wellness will help shape specific goals and policies to address these topic areas. Environmental Impact Report Scoping Session

The City of Indian Wells will prepare an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Indian Wells General Plan Update. The City needs to know the views of the surrounding community to scope the content of the environmental information relevant to the proposed project and surrounding area.
A scoping meeting was held on Thursday September 12, 2024 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at Indian Wells City Hall Executive Conference Room and via Zoom to provide an opportunity for the public and interested parties to learn more about this proposed project and provide comments on the possible environmental effects the City should study in the EIR.
